Crimson Bottlebrush – Callistemon laevis

Callistemon laevis has impressive crimson-red, brush-like flower spikes which appear in June and July. This scarlet bottle brush plant makes a striking, eye-catching specimen, perfect for a sunny garden border with it’s silky, pinkish-red young shoots that turn dark green with age. When crushed, the leaves release a lovely lemon scent.
