Anemone ‘Queen Charlotte’ is a late bloomer and will supply pollinators with last minute pollen and nectar before their chosen winter tactic e.g., hibernating or overwintering. It flowers from August through to October, and so is perfect for also adding some colour to your garden in autumn. Anemone ‘Queen Charlotte’ produces masses of cup shaped pink flowers on tall stems. The leaves are a deep green and vine-like, also making them attractive. It dies back to below ground level each year at the end of autumn, then fresh new growth appears again in spring. This anemone is low care and grows to 2-3 feet tall on average.

This plant can grow in sun or partial shade, and either in your border or in a container. It thrives in rich, evenly moist, well-drained soils but do not let your soil dry out! The flowers are also excellent when cut and used decoratively.
